The SFCS admissions process has three steps: application, interview, and enrollment. The documents required for application are available for download at the bottom of this page. Completed forms should be returned to the Admissions Office in person, by email, or by fax. School tours are given Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment only.

APPLICATION 

Please submit the following items:

1. The Student Application
2. Birth Certificate
3. Complete Immunization Record
4. Most recent Report Card
5. The non-refundable Application Fee of $100.00
6. Student’s Personal Report Form (6th-12th grades only)
7. Teacher and Principal Recommendation Forms (6th-12th grades only)

A child enrolling in Kindergarten Beginnings must be four years old by December 1st. A child enrolling in Kindergarten must be five years old by December 1st.

INTERVIEW

When the application file is complete, you will be contacted to set up a student interview with the school administrator. The parents/guardians and the student are expected to attend the interview. Following the interview, a decision will be made concerning the acceptance of the student.

ENROLLMENT

Upon acceptance of the student, secured enrollment into the school is acquired by the following:

1. submitting a completed Enrollment Form.
2. submitting a completed Student Profile Card.
3. submitting the non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $125.
4. submitting SmartTuition registration to the school’s business office.
