Middle School Athletics

Your child can step up to a school team, a real season, and a jersey with Trojans across the front.

The first real season

Middle school is where sport starts to ask something of your child. Practices land on the calendar. A coach expects them. Teammates notice whether they came.

That is the point of it. A student who learns to show up for a team in middle school arrives in high school already knowing how, and the habit outlasts the sport.

  • A real team. Practices, a season, and games that count.
  • Showing up. The first lesson, and the one that lasts.
  • Room to start. Beginners are welcome on a school this size.
  • Growing with them. High school teams are the next step, not a different world.

Four teams, three seasons

There is a middle school team running in every season of the year, so a student who wants to play can play through the year rather than waiting for one short window.

Mr. Valenzuela can tell you where your child fits and how a season works for your family. Game dates appear on the Athletics Calendar, and the whole sport list is on the Athletics page.
