Soccer

Your child can find a team, build endurance, and learn to keep working when the ball is at the other end of the field.

Come and play

Soccer rewards the student who keeps moving when the ball is somewhere else. Your child will run more than they expect, decide faster than they expect, and find out what a team feels like when it clicks.

They do not need years of club experience to start. They need to want the team and to show up for it.

  • Endurance. Fitness built across a season, not a weekend.
  • Reading the field. Seeing the play before it arrives.
  • Trusting a teammate. Giving the ball away on purpose.
  • Composure. Answering a hard challenge with a fair one.

Following the Trojans

Match dates appear on the Athletics Calendar. The season schedule and results are kept on MaxPreps.

Soccer is one way SFC puts Healthy Body into practice, the H in H.E.A.R.T.: caring for the body God has given your child, and using it for His glory.

Meet your athletic director

Is soccer the right fit?

Mr. Valenzuela can tell you what a soccer season asks of a family and how your child can join. Ask him where to start.
