Engaging with deeper learning
Your child is ready to build on elementary foundations and engage more deeply with what they learn. Core subjects include Bible, English, math, science, history, and literature, alongside training in technology, the fine arts, and physical education. Bible is its own core subject, and a Biblical worldview shapes every subject, encouraging students to consider what they learn in light of Scripture.
Teachers who walk alongside
During early adolescence, your child needs people who will listen, encourage, and help them work through difficulties. Our Christian teachers offer counsel and encouragement, and small groups help students and teachers build close relationships. Knowing students well makes it easier to recognize difficulties early and respond. Alongside academic growth, our student goals include expressing emotions appropriately, showing empathy, and treating others with respect.
The school day
School begins promptly at 8:00 am and dismisses at 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
